Guest guest
Every type of birth control I've tired caused me to gain weight, I absolutely hated it! Every doctor you talk to will tell you that birth control does not cause weight gain, but if you talk to a woman doctcor, mid wife, or gyno, they will tell you that for some reason it does, because they've been there. So, I stopped taking it and found something better - abstinence! Hahaha, just kidding, like a married woman would give that up, like any woman would want to! Ha ha, anyways, no I started using an, oh, crap I cant think of it. It's UTI (called mederma or something) or something. It's a little " T " shaped things that lets of chemicals very slowly, causes your lining in your uterus to stay thin, and black an egg. Eventually you have no periods, YES!! I haven't had a period since Oct. 2003 (being pregnant contributes to that). The thing can last for 5 years but you can get it taken out sooner if you want to have a baby. It is uncomfortable for the first month or so. Anyways, I love it b/c I don't have to worry about anything, do it when I want, don't have to make any appointments. Awesome! Hope it helps. Cherub PS I was seriously kidding about the abstinence :-) --------------------------------- Yahoo! FareChase - Search multiple travel sites in one click.
