We can't hear voice tone. Words sound so different in print. A WHOLE GALLON of

cream??? Ohmagosh! That's an amazing amount of ice cream (LOL!) No, not

but can't you just see Lucy doing that in an old movie? Or one of the Friends

characters?

(No, I've never even watched one episode of Friends, but it's the type of thing

you'd see on

episodic TV, isn't it?) No one is perfect, and sometimes we all lose it once in

a while. But

not everyone is great with proper wording, either. So, lets all move on. I,

for one, would

like to know the difference between a physical and a mental craving. Because I

tried

Atkins once, and I couldn't do it for more than two or three days. I HAD to

have some

carbs... But my body didn't seem to be crying out for any. I just wanted them

so bad I

couldn't stand it. And I know you have to sort of eliminate them for the first

two weeks

here, no?

I agree and I apologize for the comments to the possible problems of that

person , of not only the gallon of Ice cream but bag of candy too sent me

into shock someone would do that.
