Got this from their website. 22g of sugar --definitely not legal!

1 brownie could not have that much sugar in it ! you use like 2 TBS if the

mix.... if you're really hungry for a good brownie ,,its a good cheat PH 3

type in my opinion. better than grabbing a Hershey bar..... I'm at my

175/to 170 goal.... and i live South Beach.. but I'm not a zealot about

anything in life and i look for reasonable cheats.......if I'm dying for a

brownie it does the trick and i can only make one helps me to bend to the

craving and get it off my mind

It sounds like a " make as you go " thing? I will have to check out a box the

next time I get to Wild Oats...
