Does anyone have any other fish recipes?

I've been making my flounder this way and I love how it tastes - don't worry

about the measurements as they are not exact.

Heat the broiler on low. Spray a pan with Pam and place the flounder in it.

Squirt it with some lemon and put it in the broiler for eight minutes.

Meanwhile, combine (this is for two pieces of fish):

1/8 cup low fat parmeasan cheese

1/8 tsp salt

2 green onions, sliced

When the fish is done, use a 1/2 tsp of butter (I use two sprays of ICBINB)

and sprinkle some of the above on it. Return the pan to the broiler for two

minutes.

Serve and enjoy!
