Steph, outstanding! size 13...I remember those from long ago. Great news!

, glad to hear you are back at work assuming you are glad also.

Mind hunger....beginning to know more of that myself now. TV commercials now

taking effect making me hungry for Carl Juniors and other things. I am not

really hungry, just missing eating. I try to do something active and that

occupies my mind when these thoughts enter...so far my only cheats while

still on the " liquid " phase has been .75 cup of lowfat cottage cheese, and 2

soft boiled eggs, about a week apart.

I go to Dr. Fox today for my first post-op check, and weigh-in. According to

my scales I have lost about 20 pounds since May 5th, just a little over two

weeks. It will be interesting to see if my scales are off...

I will be in Seattle over the weekend. If anyone wants to call so we can

visit, I will be at . Will be in and out so...
