Guest guest Posted March 26, 2006 Report Share Posted March 26, 2006 Hello all, I am officially starting my new lifestyle on April 2. Just trying to get the basics drilled in my head before then. I am 34 yrs old wife and mom to 3 kids and a Rottweiler. I weigh 295 lbs and am 5'7 " luckily I have a hourglass figure so I look like I weigh less but I want to get to my PRE KIDS weight (lol) of 175-180. I am sure I will have alot of questions and am glad to find a talkative group. The only question I have right now is " Does anyone exercise or do they just follow the lifestyle?
