Hi Debi;

I enjoy Panera Bread restaurants too, though I think they're a bit pricey to go

too often. Panera Bread has a website so you can check before hand the

nutritional info to help you make better selections. I would have NEVER have

guessed that a seemingly healthy sandwich that you had could be SO UN-healthy!

I don't know if yall have a panera's where you live but they are very popular in

the midwest and popping up everywhere. I thought I made a decent choice today.

I had 1/2 turkey artichoke sandwich and 1/2 low sug asian chicken salad. After

I ate it I ask for nutrician info.( I should of looked before I ate it. these

numbers are for a whole sandwich on foccacia bread instead of whole wheat but

still very scary even at 1/2 43 grams of fat 73 carbs 2580 mg of sodium.

How's that for a shock. That's more than I've had in several days before. I

noticed most of their sandwiches are close to 2000 in sodium. Next time I will

stick with1/2 bowl of the black bean soup or the a veggie soup and 1/2 of one of

the low sug salads. Good grief if I didn't hate throwing up so much it would

really tempt me.

Yeah, and check out the sodium levels on some of the salads even! I guess it's

the cheese, but still....up to 2000+ mg sodium in a salad? Holy Moley!

I once read an article saying that Arby's Garden Fresh sandwiches have

750 calories in each one!! Talk about thinking something was healthy,

when it wasn't!
