Someone mentioned a Reuben Sandwich after finishing Phase 1 Here is how I make mine. 1 slice rye bread, toasted lightly cooked turkey, sliced my recipe says 2 oz. 1/4 cup drained sauerkraut( I rinse mine thoroughly and then drain , as I had HBP) and watch my salt. LF swiss cheese Lightly toast bread Arrange turkey on toast Spread sauerkraut over turkey and top with cheese Place on baking sheet Bake at 450 degrees or place under broiler and heat till cheese melts.
