Not to worry...we've ALL had these nasty little food accidents. On the

rare occasions when my in-laws babysit and my husband and I go out, I have a

small box that I put safe foods and snacks in, labelled " Ian. " They know they

can give him anything from that box and nobody has to worry. Maybe this might

be an idea for you with the sitter...?

Hope the 'fireworks' don't last too long from that cookie!
