Guest guest Posted March 3, 2006 Report Share Posted March 3, 2006 I have discovered I love spinach. I had never eaten it before starting this diet. I have been eating it with about everything I eat. If you haven't you should try spinach with chicken salad, tuna salad, or just plain salad, eben with just a turkey burger. It is great. Today makes 1 week for me.
