Guest guest Posted December 10, 2005 Report Share Posted December 10, 2005 A few weeks back, maybe longer, there was some discussion on food shelf/fridge life. I have a phobia I guess about how long food should be kept in the fridge. I usually use fresh garlic in my cooking but recently bought a large jar of the Ranch pre cut garlic. (The jury is still out on if I like it vs. the fresh stuff) How long would you guys keep that in the fridge? Also another question.....can you freeze the zucchini quiche? I sort of over cooked this week and forgot my son and DH were going to the mountains for the weekend so it is just me and my 7 year and too much food!
