Guest guest
It wasn't me who was headed for PMS I haven't done that for the past 5 months. Actually since I started taking good vitamins with high absorbtion I haven't had any PMS symptoms for the past 10 years of so. They used to be really bad before the vitamins. I just had a full blood work done and the only thing that is really messed up is my thyroid. I know the lack of periods and the lack of weight loss is no doubt related to that as well as the craxy behavior that is so out of character for me. People are always telling me I wish I was so laid back and flexible like you nothing ever seems to bother you. But for the past few days everything is pushing me over the edge and I can't seem to control it. Maybe I need to just stop stressing over what I eat for a few weeks and go back to my normal diet til I get past this. Maybe I will at least add back in my chocolate protein shakes next week for a treat and see how that goes. -Beth hayescol@...> wrote:Great news. Good things come to hose who wait!! Debi, you mentioned the other day that that time of the month was coming up and you were very emotional. This does happen to a lot of us. Once you make it past these next few hormonal challenging days, things will look up. Does this happen most months to you? may want to see if there is a supplement that may help you get past these few days. I have noticed the past few months I have been very impatient/on edge and (somewhat mean) a week prior to my period I have been keeping track of the days for a few months and I just my give my GYN a call soon to discuss some options. MB Re: Kris I had only lost 6 til yesterday and it's been 5 weeks I cried and cried last night. Like you I went through several major temptations in phase 1 but you have reminded me I made it and I should be proud of myself for that. Two of them had a huge table of homemade goodies. ( my down fall usually) Even at one they were baking for the holidays and the smell filled the room but I was determined to stick with it for 14 days with no cheating. This is my third week on phase 2 well not full phase 2 but adding some stuff back in. But I have cheated a few times the past 3 days but yesterday I cried out to God to help me get some weight off and this morning I was down 2.2 pounds from yesterday. Praise God. Now I have the incentive to keep trying. I really got alot of encouragement from this group to help me through. I find when I am discoraged and feel no one else understands or cares I can pray but I can also come to this group and find people who really understand and want to help. You are doing really well. Are you going into week two now?
