Day 14!!!!

A friend told me once....if you make it through the first 2 weeks, you'll be

fine. Here I am, already at day 14. I finally got on the scales, I didn't want

to because I was afraid I would be disappointed. I knew my clothes were fitting

differently and tadaa.....11 lbs. GONE! What a relief and I feel totally

different. Even though I still want, not crave, some of those other foods I

know how they make me feel when I eat them. I am so excited and at least I know

a whole wheat tortilla is an option at this point, I'm not plunging in.

Does anyone still feel weak at this point? OR weak from time to time? Is it

because I'm not eating enough?
