Hi Everyone,

I made this today. It is from a Taste of Home recipe that I tweaked

to make it SB friendly. It is very tasty. I'm thinking it's ok for

Ph 1.

I hope you like it.

> INGREDIENTS:

> 1 8oz.packages cream cheese light , softened

> 2 chicken flavored bouillon cubes

> 2 Tablespoons boiling water

> 2 Tablespoons light mayonnaise

> 2 Tablespoons minced onions

> 1 teaspoon minced garlic

> 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder

> Dash of pepper

> Dash of Tabasco

> Parsley flakes (Optional)

> TO PREPARE:

> Dissolve bouillon cubes in boiling water. Mix all

ingredientstogether

> and chill until serving time. Garnish with parsleyflakes, if

desired.

> Serve with raw vegetables.
