Guest guest Posted October 5, 1999 Report Share Posted October 5, 1999 Ok, I have been playing with 4-5 pounds for months now. Up 2, down 1, up, down, etc. etc. I am going to commit to " Sue's Weight Loss Bandwagon " . I am going to aim for 185 by Halloween. I am analyzing my diet at this time and trying to figure out why I am not really losing steadily. I am thinking that I may be not getting enough carbs. I mostly just eat meat, cheese, atkins shakes, whipped cream, and nuts for " regularity " (big problem for me). I haven't been keeping a food diary and think I may need to do this to find out where the culprit is. I lost 20+ pounds immediately on this WOE (within 1 month) and have struggled since that time. Haven't really changed anything since that time. I do find myself not hungry sometimes and may not be eating enough. Who knows. I am determined to stick to this and lose the rest of this weight. So patience (not one of my virtues) will have to prevail. I really enjoy this list, and most likely would not have made it through this " stall " without reading all your posts.
