Cindy --

I don't know if you otherwise take caffeine or not, but you might not have

known that Green Tea has caffeine in it. (I didn't, until I got a dandy

caffeine buzz one day...) I have found Decaff Green Tea, and I drink that

now.

Cindy - Me too! Actually I drink *decaf* green tea because I'm trying

to stay away from caffeine too - but I've really grown to love it -

it's supposed to have lots of anti-oxidants.

Thanks for the tip about caffeine in green tea. I knew that tea had caffeine

too, but had thought it was negligible. For the person who asked, green tea

is labeled just that on the grocery shelves, and is supposed to be a good

antioxidant. Now, would (could?) someone explain what an antioxidant is?? ;-)

Cindy - I didn't see anyone reply to you, so I'll try to answer your

question - antioxidants are in lots of veggies like broccoli and are

supposed to be good for fighting cancer. I love green tea and a

couple of cups a day, but I drink decaf. Some people don't feel the

caffeine in tea as strongly as they do coffee, but it's there!
