Guest guest
Sure enough Gail, All you will need to do in the embroydery and I will applique the hearts onto the quilt. I will be transporting it around in a big box that everyone sends through the mail. I will have mailing labels all made up and when the person who has the quilt is ready to send it on to the next person then they will just put the Address label over the top of theirs and send it on. Thanks so much for helping. Robin
Guest guest
Terry, The subject is always CJD Quilt. Don't open it if you don't want to read it, just hit the delete button, others may be interested. Robin
Guest guest
To alleviate the problem of the quilt emails, why don't anyone interested in learning about the quilt and how to sew it send private emails to Robin. There have been two members now caring for a CJD patient looking for support who have unsubscribed last week because of the volume of email on other subjects. They do not have the time to read through all the emails. They are looking for support NOW. Supporting these people is the #1 priority of this list.....................Pat
Guest guest
-- Since joining the group, some time ago, I have done what I could to pass on whatever information about TSE's I could dig up, for the group. Also, to receive whatever information, the group had to offer about TSE's. Or, to offer what support I could. I THOUGHT, this list was about LEARNING AND EDUCATING about TSE's, and to press on for the truth. It seems, it has turned into a SEWING CLUB, and or a CRAFT CLASS. Although I SUPPORT the efforts by those whom are involved, AND THEIR IDEAS, (It would be fine to request something through the list, an idea, or whatever, then I think it should go to private e-mail). Instead of discussing EVERY STITCH, OF EVERY SQUARE, OF EVERY QUILT, AND EVERY QUILT MAKER, IN THE U.S. AND WHAT KIND OF BOX IT WILL BE CARRIED IN, OVER AND OVER AGAIN. I am here to learn and or to help others, STRIVE FOR THE TRUTH, ABOUT THIS HIDEOUS DISEASE. I WANT ANSWERS, I WANT THEM YESTERDAY. I am tired of all the UNANSWERED QUESTIONS, AND ALL THE LIES. I don't have time for the CRAFT CLASS. So, if the STITCHING CLUB and CRAFT CLASSES STAY ONLINE, you can, PLEASE REMOVE ME FROM THIS LIST...... WITH KINDEST REGARDS TO ALL, Our Prayers are with you, Terry S. Guest guest
Well said Robin. Also by keeping us informed as to what each other is doing, (whether TSE information or craft ideas), those who normally are quiet may find something they would like contribute to. We are a " family " ....and growing everyday. I appreciate what I have learned from EACH of you. God Bless, Suzanne Re: CJD Quilt >From: XOXOBB@... > >Terry, > >The subject is always CJD Quilt. Guest guest
Robin, I would like my Mother's name added to the quilt. She is on the CJD voice list and memorial names so I don't know if you need her information or already have it? If not, here it is. I also submitted her story. Her name is Alma Bonanne, she died on September 7, 1994, at age 78 in New Brunswick, New Jersey USA. Thanks for adding her name to the quilt.
