Kelli,

You have to read the book to understand how this diet works, it is a simple

diet. It is pretty much as much meat, fish, paultry, eggs and cheese as you

want, and during the first 2 weeks you have to keep your carb count below 20

you can have either 3 cups of salad a day or 2 1/2 cups of salad and 2/3 cups

of a cooked vegie. There is a list in the book that tells what vegies you can

and can't eat.
