Thanks ,

this is all so inspiring. I am loving what I am hearing on this list. I am

so new at this. I am not much for taking more pills as I already take a

daily prescription fluid pill and synthroid because of Hypothyroidism. I

only take a potassium pill when I start feeling crampy or feel worn down. I

like the idea of the chewables too, I'd have never thought of that. good

idea.

Glad to hear you losing so well, also. that is very inspiring for me. I am

about 312 and can't wait to just see something under 290. I have been at 300

for the past 4years without a budge. I have tried all the usual doctor

prescribed, so called " healthy plans " and get nothing. I just know this will

work for me. I have never tried lowering the carbs before now.

Thanks so much for writing in.----everyone.
