exercise and Atkins

I exercise 4-5 days a week. I power walk for 4 miles and use arm and leg

weights to tone. I alternate upper and lower body weight training. The two

days I work I find it impossible to exercise. I stand at a computer from

9-6 filling prescriptions which is quite stress filled, no breaks except

to grab a quick bite for lunch and bathroom breaks. I feel so much better

when I exercise.
