I find sipping the water all the time is helpful. I am so used to it

that if I go out and forget my water bottle I feel lost. One way to get

your water in is to keep a cup in the bathroom. For every time you let

it out... you replace it with more *LOL* I prefer my water ice cold

though, so I can't do that. I crave the water so much now that I even

make up a bottle with ice in it ands leave it on my night table.
