Hi. I just got AJ's blood work back. Wondering what all you know about having

low white blood count, but the following were all high-red blood count, HGB,

polys, folic acid and vitamin c. Any input would be appreciated.

AJ's asthma is under control so her vomiting is too. The GI feels this is a

pulmonary concern and not EG related. Guess only time will tell.

Look forward to hearing from you.

Phyllis

Before you are taken to pre-op they have you sign the consent and change into

a gown etc. That is when the do the blood work and ekg if needed. I had

mine done at the doctor's office. They were ok with the blood work but not

the ekg because they only used 2 leads instead of 12 (I think).

Safe journey,

to Durham and had my bloodwork and then found out how low my

hemoglobin is. :( I HAD NO IDEA I was not a canidate for surgery

until then. As a matter of fact I was getting ready to go pick up my

letter from my PCP and he calls me and says " YOU can not have surgery

now......you have anemia "
