Your right it is a good question.

This includes the refreshments that are set out during the conference, the

thank-you gift, the fee to IMU, the fee for the conference room, all broken

down per person. Not for meals that we go to the dining room for.

Plus I need to know how many people are coming. That way I can tell IMU which

conference room we need as to the size of group we have.
