Guest guest
this sounds great too! Walnut Blue Cheese Spread This is one of our most popular afternoon tea savory spreads. The texture with walnut chunks makes it very interesting and the dash of garlic makes it delicious. 8 ounces of cream cheese, softened 3 ounces of blue or stilton cheese 1 tablespoon dry sherry ½ cup chopped walnuts 2 tablespoons minced parsley 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder In food processor, cream cheeses together with sherry. Add remaining ingredients and process just until blended. The walnuts chould be in good sized pieces, not flakes. If softer mixture is desired, thin with sour cream. they served it with crackers, but guess what WE'll be eating it on?? you got it!
