Nita, Thank you very much for the information on Ketosis. I found it very

interesting and that is what Dr. Atkins' New Diet Revolution Book says on pages

102 and 103. Not as detailed as what you sent but

just makes me think that this is the right way of understanding Ketosis, and not

to be afraid of it.
