I forgot to tell you that we had an MD speak at our hospital. Prior to his

lecture, we were speaking about various topics and I shared that my mother had

died of CJD. Ironically, his mother also died of CJD about four years ago. I

shared with him about CJD and will tell him about the conference. He wrote an

article about his experience with CJD for an Emergency Physician Journal. I

will find out if I can share it with hime.

He had been in contact with the CJD Foundation and with Dr. Bergen when he was

in Florida.
