Latex use with food

Hi everyone,

I just learned that there is apparently a law in New York that prohibits the

use of Latex associated with food preparation. I thought this might be of

interest since we were just discussing Latex allergies the other day. Does

anyone know of any other states or areas the have this prohibition?

I also was wondering if anyone know specifically of anyplaces that do use

it? I am on the West Coast so would be particularly interested in places

out here.
