weekend woes

Well, gang...one of the guys made me weigh Friday even though I am trying to

do the Monday only routine to avoid disappointments. As you know I was down

4.5 more lb. There was much rejoicing. This Saturday however I had to run

around a lot for home renovation errands and get my " Schwarzenger " sized

daughter new clothes so I didn't eat much. Wasn't really hungry, honestly.

Later I checked my stix and it never changed. Did I screw myself up? I am

telling you I am addicted to seeing that Purple color.

Still haven't strayed from diet yet and am actually noticing some changes in

body. At 5'10 it is hard to notice on me unless it is big loss. But my

telephone pole legs are getting a shape from the diet and the walking. I did

read one of you all saying weighed 120 at this height...ugh, I think I

was born at that weight. No wonder why she had so many problems with bulimia

and anorexia. I used to have a hard time carrying 138 back in my glory days.

Cyn,

You know it is important to get your 3 meals in on this diet. if you eat less

than 1200 calories you can go into starvation mode which means you don't lose

anything, your body holds on to whatever it can. I try not to dwell on the

purple thing, I know you can lose while out of ketosis too, although it is

motivating to see it. I don't think you screwed up forever!! Thats hard to

do on this WOL!! :o)

than 1200 calories you can go into starvation mode which means you don't lose

anything, your body holds on to whatever it can. I try not to dwell on the

It is hard to eat 3 meals a day..the diet has killed my appetite.........and

if I don`t eat, I don`t lose........

Hence, I try to cram protein down my throat. (NOT a diet mode, is it?????)

a planner so you know this is hard for me!! LOL But I do try so I know what I

am eating for what meal etc. It seems to help me a little!
