Guest guest
Penny and , I know what yall are saying, but it's like my tummy has shriveled up or something and I just dont want it. I made spagetti(which I love) Thurs night and it just looked nasty to me. My tummy doesnt even growl. Im usually a big eater, not now. Im still not hungry and its 1:30 here. I dont get it. Im not trying to starve myself, I just dont want anything. Maybe in a few days it will pass. This has only been going on this past week. Thanks for your help. I know that I can always count on yall to help. =D Sheila In Texas 187/178*/135 new number HAPPY THANKSGIVING GOAL 5LBS BY THANKSGIVING 3DOWN---2 TO GO!!! I did not like my choices (I did not belong to a great list like this with recipes!) so did not want to eat and did not feel hungry. It went away though. Just try to snack on high calorie foods that are still low carb like bacon or cheeses. And still drink your water. I believe that this will pass for you. Guest guest
Sheila You really have to eat. If you don't you will not loss. Also you will get hungry and start eating the wrong food. If you don't feel like a big meal just a small amount of food throughout the day will work. I felt like not eating about 3 weeks into the woe. But the feeling has past and I now can eat all my meals. Also when I did weight watchers 9 years ago I also only made 10 pound goals. That helped so much. The thought that I had to lose 100 pounds just seemed to much. K. Guest guest
Hi Stacey, Abbey goes through periods of not eating quite often. She also gets tired and won't stand up or walk, as a lot of Mito kids do. We tried pediasure but she wouldn't take it so our Ped. suggested " Boost " and Abbey loves it. When she won't eat I just give her a can and don't worry. It has all the nutrition she needs and I have many other things to worry about! You might want to give it a try or ask his Ped. We started giving it to Abbey when she was just a year old and she has never had any problems with it - she thinks it's a milkshake! > Sheldon (29 mo., PDH def., 23 lb) is not eating well recently. > He's also been very tired, normally he can walk all over and do > things but today he couldn't even sit up at one point. Guest guest
Thanks. Sheldon will usually drink pedia sure, I guess I just wasn't giving him enough of it because I didn't realize what was going on until he started losing weight. I'm still learning what's 'normal' for mito kids, he was just diagnosed a few weeks ago. > > Sheldon (29 mo., PDH def., 23 lb) is not eating well recently. > > He's also been very tired, normally he can walk all over and do > > things but today he couldn't even sit up at one point.
