I missed a lot of reading here and will never catch up but will read as much as possible. *S* I blew my induction and I started over today. It is so easy to blame a slip on life's little curve balls. BTW, I did get a Carousel Rotisserie and cooked a chicken. So much nicer than oven chicken, and well done close to the bone.
