Guest guest
, I have only cooked a chicken in the rotisserie but it turned out really good. I used dried basil oregano, sage, and thyme mixed in vegatable oil and then rubbed it all over the chicken then the rotisserie did the rest. This rotisserie is easy to clean, just put in soapy water and it is clean. It cleans alot easier than if you fry something, also it comes apart and goes together easy too. Everyone was saying boy that smells good and then to watch it turn golden brown was great. It has a timer and right beside it , it tells you how long to set the timer for the amount of pounds you are cooking. A small recipe book came with it so you can get started and learn how to cook all kinds of meats. Sorry to be so long winded on this but I believe it is going to a big help with this WOE for me.
