Guest guest
Well, I am not sure about more than 14 days. I have a couple of questions for the group today? I am being nosey:) 1. The ones that have a really great weight loss how old are you? Are you finding this WOL works best for younger people than older? 2. Do you all eat vegetables? That is what I seem to be wanting,LOL not like that was what I was eating before, oh and fruit after the first 14 days what type do you eat or recommend? My typical diet mainly consisted of Coke about 6 bottles a day and then of course mom would feed me meat and cheese and pork rinds, and these really neat lunches hamburger Patties, egg salad on a lettuce leaf. things of that sort. Dinner would be what ever mainly Coke. Now that I am trying to stay on program I find myself want fruit and veggies. LOL go figure. I think that is about all I can think of right now. I still am counting the days to quitting. LOL Faye 230/22? I have to go buy my own scales mom isn't here at work today and I own no scales:(/200-180-150-130-? Guest guest
Faye I have been Atkins actively for 4 months took a month off in Aug have lost 50 lbs and i just turn 35. As for fruits I drink the no cal caff free carbs free sparkling water you get from kmart and wall mart, that has always curb my wanting fruit. For how much weight you lose it has to do with how much you need to lose how fast and other things like meds that play in weight loss. hope this helps --- Faye Tipton fdtipton@...> wrote: > Well, I am not sure about more than 14 days. > > I have a couple of questions for the group today? I have been on this WOE since June. I am losing slowly. I have around 40 lbs to lose. I have lost 20 pounds and am back into all the clothes I had outgrown. I am feeling great. I am one of those that is still staying below 20 carbs a day most of the time. The only veggies that I eat at this time besides a small green salad are green beans and broccoli.
