Ack!! Threeds! I am so sorry about that gain!! :o( I think that is a good

idea, you have to do something to shock your body maybe?? But remember Atkins

says to go on another diet, not just pig out on carbs, You could also do a

meat fast, Or maybe just adding 2 rolls a day or bread. That wouldn't be so

much that you would get craving, At least I don't think so!! Keep us

updated!!

Hi, Gang. Here I am with my bad news. I have gained 4 lbs!! I have no idea what

is going on with this darned body. I haven't changed anything in my WOL. Not one

thing. I am really getting discouraged. I have been at the same weight or going
