Guest guest
I breastfed both kids, one 9 months exclusivly and the other 11 months. They both have nut and peanut allergies, GERD...none of which my husband or I have. One of the benefits of breastfeeding is less ear infections. Remi had her first infection at 10 weeks and after being on antibiotics for a year, she had tubes in at 13 months old. I look at it this way--what would our kids have been like if it were not for breastfeeding. Think positive. You did the best you could. You did what was 'right' for you-whether it was bottle or breast feeding. You can't go back and change it. You were happy with your decision then so be happy with it now. Phyllis (mom to AJ 12/22/95, EG, asthma, GERD, many many allergies and Remi 8/3/92, Spina Bifida, latex, nuts, peanuts, developemental delays......)
