Well, it is totally up to Sue what we do. I understand the problem with the

volume of mail. I am a stay at home mom so it doesn;t really effect me like

some of y'all. I have decided to only post a daily welcome to all instead of

individual. however, I think whatever WTGs and Congrats are given should be

given to all, only because it is like a public applause & Support and it

makes the person feel good, at least it makes me feel good, even if I read

other ppls WTGs. It really only takes a few seconds to read them and file

size is small. We also should make sure that some remember not to send the

whole digest with their reply. And make sure to change the subject line from

" Digest # " to whatever the subject is.

I agree. The welcomes really make one feel welcome and a part of the group.

I like the congrats...feels good (course I haven't had it yet on day two but

I can dream! LOL)

I agree with you Penny this list is to support ppl

and if your mailing pvtly then that defeats the

purpose of the list support. We all have lost weight

and we all likt to read Way to go Your on your way

when it is us that has lost the weight so dont you

think the others might like it as much as you. If

there are ppl who want to mail pvtly go for it but

make sure you have the persons permission first I

have had complaints of ppl being email pvtly that dont

like it.
