Ok... remember.. sometimes I'm slow to catch things.. LOL!

It just occured to me that the Hellers kept saying low carb diet isnt

good, but if you look at it..if i've grasped their concept (who knows :)

)- we're probably gettng about the same amount of carbs (well a bit more

in CAD) because in CAD I dont think you eat any carbs except for the

reward meal, and if you have a cup or 1/2 cup pasta.. thats probably

around 30g.. so that is a little more, but not by much. we just stretch

ours out in the day. Right?! I'm kinda thinking thats the case.. and

as for Ketosis.. you're probably not going to be there with 30-40g, but

you are probably losing in most cases (at least in the beginning)

because you've probably are only getting a fraction of the carbs you

normally get.. am i making any sense.. i hate it when i ramble!! HA HA

- maybe my dh is right.. i think tooo much!!
