I am curious about something. For those of you that have been on this WOE

for several months are you able to increase carbs per week and still lose

the way the book outlines? I can't. I have to stay under 20 to lose. I can

go over a little one day and be ok but basically I have to stay under 20.

I also had to do the fat fast to get into ketosis. I guess my body is

really sensitive to carbs.
