You might consider adding zucchini. That's a fairly low carb veggie. You

might also consider egg drop soup. I was a chicken noodle soup junkie. Egg

drop is my new fav.

s Wonton Soup is only 5 carbs a serving and s Beefy Mushroom

is 6 carbs per serving. I use the beef mushroom for salsbury steaks and

gravy. and even the family likes that, of course I have to make mashed

potatoes for them!!

Let them eat cauliflower.....LOL. :) I was saying that like they say

" let them eat cake. " Aren't I witty at 12:30am? That's okay, you don't

I don't have potatoes herer either, I used potato flakes!! I prefer real ones

so I am not as tempted!!
