Guest guest
I came across this recipe for Gravy that doesn't contain either flour or corn. Know a lot of the kids have these allergies and thought this recipe might be a jumping off place to make Gravy they can eat. I don't know why you couldn't substitute things they can eat for things they can't and why wouldn't this work with any meat. Hope this will help someone. - Savory Flour-less Gravy: Puree roasted vegetables - carrots, onions, celery - along with homemade or canned stock, turkey drippings and cooked dark turkey meat and skin. Add a dash of Kitchen Bouquet for color. Add more stock to thin. Heat and serve. JUDY (ADULT GE)
