Sure- the number for the crackers AND tortillas is

L. May is the one you talk to.. it automatically comes to her.

Also.. it only took about 4 days for me to get them.. If you think a

case of each is too much.. find a friend to split it with, but you'd be

surprised how quickly you can go through them.. and the tortillas free

great!

by the way.. i've been eating alot of both the tortillas and crackers..

and still in ketosis!!!!

Jean-

the crackers are (for 2) 6g carbs - 6g fiber = 0!!! They are awesome!

the tortillas (whole wheat) are 12g carb - 9g fiber = 3g carbs that

count. Now... as mentioned in the past.. .not everyone subtracts

fiber.. but i've been doing it for 2 weeks now and am in moderate to

heavy ketosis everyday!!!! :) and there has been discussion that the

tortilla carb count is incorrect.. but after talking with at

Diabetes resource center i've decided they are correct. Like i said..

i'm losing (finally able to stick with this woe with the help of the

crackers and tortillas)
