Hi! My name is Diane and I just joined this list today. My husband and I

have been doing the Atkins WOL for about 3 months now...tho lately we have

been doing a " modified " version (our own)...kind of 1/2 on, 1/2 off - not

losing, but not gaining either. This week though, we decided to start back

up until we reach our goal(s).

I have lost 17 lbs and I am wanting to lose about 5-7 more. My hubby has

lost 37 lbs and I am so proud of him! He looks terrific! He wants to lose

about 15-20 more. We walk 4-5 nights a week, which really helps...and the

dog loves it, too! :-)

We think this is an easy plan to follow, tho I am running out of ideas for

interesting meals. I look forward to checking out the recipe pages.
