Guest guest
Does anyone have a way to help your child deal with the pain assoicated with ee/eg? We are desperate. (12 Yrs. old - ee/eg) is on Lortab elixir (Vicodin syrup-750 mg of codeine) at least 3 to 4 times a day with minimal relief. He is allergic to morphine and demerol. He cries constantly. Thank you. Guest guest
Dear , As I understand you continue read the RLS digest, I am sending this to you through RLS for all other RLS readers to read. I will report you to the AMA for an unsolicited harassing and extremely assumptive letter to me if you continue to be so bold. I did reply privately yesterday, but it appears the following has occurred: ---- The following addresses had transient non-fatal errors ----- drmead@...> ----- Transcript of session follows ----- drmead@...>... It is necessary to have a basic knowledge of muscle function to understand the numerous medical conditions and diseases with which RLS is associated. We as an RLS group have no need to put up with this! Anyone if so inclined can speak to their local medical association to report unethical practices which includes email such as the above. a
Guest guest
Hi all Jeanie thanks for the info.....I will talk to my Doctor about the lung capacity test and see what he tells me. Gretchen count me in on the book deal....May be one way to get a lot more Doctors to listen to us. I don't know about the rest of you but at one time I had a couple of Doctors telling me that some of my symptoms were all in my head......well for awhile I thought maybe I was losing my mind...come to find out they were the ones that were just " blowing me off " . This list has been the best thing that has happened to me since I was diagnosed and I owe what sanity..LOL!! I have left to all of you!! Guest guest
I feel exactly the same way! I was getting so depressed with being told I was just lazy and uncoordinated and making up excuses. I am so grateful to be able to 'talk' to all of you. I have learned so much and I have a much more positive outlook on life - living with the symptoms is not the worst part, the worst is when nobody believes you. Thank you all! > ---------- > From: cat926@... > Reply To: CMTUS (AT) e > Sent: Sunday, April 16, 2000 3:43 PM > To: CMTUS (AT) e > Subject: Re: Digest Number 248 > > Hi all > Jeanie thanks for the info.....I will talk to my Doctor about the lung > capacity test and see what he tells me.
