Guest guest Posted October 10, 1999 Report Share Posted October 10, 1999 Tofu-Jello: In a large bowl add 2 packages of lite Jello (I like the red flavours the best); prepare as directed on the package. Add 1 pkg (340 gm) of soft-silken type tofu to the jello and use the hand blender until smooth. Refrigerate immediately. This makes quite a large quantity (about 10 servings) and you won't have to worry about seconds on this one since the entire recipe is only 10.5 grams of carbohydrate.
