Hi Jean!

To be quite honest, this really has become a way of life for me anymore.

I used to have to think about each meal and plan, but now it is second

nature. I do hope to add things back into my diet when I reach

maintenance....mainly fruit, brown rice, beans and grains. I plan to still

stay away from sugar (other than a piece of fruit from time to time) and

white flour. I will see how my body adjusts to the additional carbs and if I

begin to gain I will just cut back again.
