HI guys;

Well s labs are good and his hemaglobin is back up. So I guess doing

g tube hydration and neocate is working so far. We are going slow and to

not rock the boat. Now the school is complaining he stinks up the room. I

am not sure I know what else I can do. I have changed his ostomy bag

several times and such. But they keep complaining. Grrrrrr

On to my question.

If we can swing it with our goverment insurance and the help of our doctors

to go to Pittsburgh, is there a Mc house there?

I was there last year and got to stay at the hotel for the APHS conference.

But I can't afford that. Also I am not sure how much funding we can get to

have seen there?

Never have done this and I guess I never thought that they would offer

going to Pittsburgh. With the canadian dollar being what it is, the cost

are so much more for me. Everything is 50% more.

Any info would be great.

There is a RMH there. I have stayed there about 5 times.

It is about 1.2 miles away from the hospital. It is a n

house that has been converted over.

Bea,

Contact Anastas at the APHS. She may be able to help with

transportation to Pitts and other stuff. I'm not sure how that works from

Canada, but she is your best bet.

Steph.
