It improves my BM's, I sleep better, I have more energy to face every day chores. My dh says sex is better when I exercise faithfully. This may be more than you wanted to know. (LOL ) Try exercise for a few weeks, don't work out so hard that you are dying ( can't carry a conversation) but push yourself a little. I love the feeling after about 20 minutes and I get into the fat burning phase.
