Welocme, I too am a stay at home Mom of 4 kids. I have 15 yo girl, 13 yo

Okay here it goes....My name is and I've been lurking for a couple

of days but I thought today was a good a day as any to jump in because I

have e to bake a cake today that feeds 250!!! people. So I really gotta

watch that whole " taste testing " thing:-) So slap my hand anytime it gets

near that sweet stuff!!

I went on the Atkins diet at the beginning of the summer but things got a

little crazy and had noone to support me but now i do and have been back on

it for 5 days now. I've already lost 6 lbs!!! This is a great WOL.

I'm a stay at home mother of three and love every minute of it. I would just

like to have the eneregy to paticipate a little more in LIFE. So here I am.

I'm really enjoying being on this list, especially all the yummy recipes

that I've been getting:-) I have a wonderfully supportive husband cooks for

me every night from all the low carb recipes and I can't wait to be the size

i was when we got married 7 years ago.

Well.....first of all I love to decorate cakes (curiously...I don't like to

eat them).....and my hubby is in the Navy and the Navy Ball is tomorrow.

They always have a cake ceremony where the oldest and youngest in the room

cut the cake. So I really shouldn't screw this up!! :-) They even parade the

cake through the room. Just a little nervous about it but I'm baking the

third layer now and not one taste yet!! I made some of that lemon moose

(except I used sparkling mandarin orange with a tsp. of vanilla.....tastes

like orangesicles!) so every time I get an urge for something sweet I taste

that instead!!
