Guest guest
CHICKEN: Does anyone have an idea for cooked chicken meat? (I'm going to slow cook a chicken in water, so I'll have chicken meat). I always used it for noodles or dumplings or cacciatore. Obviously I need to think of something new. TOFU: Has anyone ever fried thin pieces of tofu like fried cheese? I suppose firm tofu would work. I love tofu. I know not a lot of people do. Maybe I'll do something with the chicken & the tofu! They are cookied in a soy base and are good cold right out of package. You can slice thin and fry in butter/soy mix yourself then chill... but wont get as crisp as fried c heese because of the water content.
