I can't see that I have noticed a difference in my weight loss since I have been sitting at the same weight more or less for a month. My questions is...can you take too much of this stuff? I am taking 400mg a day but if I cheat and eat dessert I will take another 400 mg. I did this one day after eating a slice of cheese cake. I was still in Ketosis the next day!
