This is too funny....I was at Walmart last nite and saw the fried

chitterlings....and had to check them out...I got some, because they did look

fine..and I am a daredevil, I guess....(not the white boiled ones I had seen

in restaurant lol)....werent quite as good to me as pork rinds, a bit

harder....BUT>......I put them in refrigerator because they were

opened...(here in FLorida, everything goes in freezer or frig if opened....)

Anyways, this morning I tasted a couple, and they were GREAT cold lol...for

all my times cooking them boiling.....with salt pork, I could NEVER eat

them....but fried and cold, they almost tasted like cold bacon, only even

better....I cant eat many, but I dont eat many pork rinds either at a time....

So....hey....whats to loose...frying KILLS off everything anyways

THANKS for the boost in thoughts as I was hooked on them til you

said what they were and justhe stinky thoughts but GLAD you did

recognize they are differnt!! I found them in the freezer and keep them

there too til ready to eat they do taste like bacon don't they...I eat a

hand full with my salad... NOW what are PORK RINDS exactly? I may be

sorry I asked again!!!!! LOL LOL
